Refund policy

At NMD Exports, all our products are made-to-order with a strong focus on customization, quality, and craftsmanship. Due to the nature of our manufacturing process, our refund policy is as follows:

1. Order Cancellation & Refunds

  • Orders once confirmed require a 70% advance payment to initiate production.
  • If an order is cancelled within 5 days of confirmation, the advance payment is non-refundable.
  • If an order is cancelled after 5 days, the full order value becomes payable, and no refund will be issued.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Since all products are custom manufactured, refunds are not applicable once production has started.
  • Refunds will only be considered in exceptional cases where NMD Exports is unable to fulfill the order.

3. Payment Terms

  • 70% advance at order confirmation.
  • Remaining 30% must be cleared before dispatch.
  • Dispatch and logistics will only be arranged after 100% payment clearance.

4. Transport & Damage Responsibility

  • We act only as a facilitator for transport arrangements.
  • Transport charges are based on actual rates at the time of shipment.
  • We strongly recommend:
    • Box packing
    • Transit insurance
  • NMD Exports is not liable for damages during transit.

5. Design & Product Variations

  • A 10–15% variation in design may occur to ensure structural stability and durability.
  • No refunds or claims will be accepted for such variations.

6. No Warranty Policy

  • We do not provide warranty or guarantee on products.
  • However, paid maintenance services may be available upon request.
